When purchasing products via CopeCart, you as the buyer are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within a certain period of time without giving reasons, provided that you have not waived your right of withdrawal during the purchase process.

It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. You can therefore make use of this right of withdrawal for most orders if you are not satisfied with a product or if it does not meet your expectations.

Please note, however, that the exact time limits and conditions for the right of withdrawal may vary from vendor to vendor and from product to product. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the return policy of each vendor to avoid any misunderstandings.

Waiver of your right of withdrawal - What exactly does this mean?

If you have waived your right of withdrawal, it is not possible for us to cancel the order, as you have agreed in the order process that the right of withdrawal will expire at the start of contract performance and we have already started to perform the contract.


If you have contacted the product manufacturer, and he agreed to the cancellation despite your waiver, please send us a screenshot of the confirmation to
support-eu@copecart.com, we will check this and take care of your request as soon as possible.

How does the cancellation work?

If you have not waived your right of withdrawal, and you want to cancel your order, just send a short email to support-eu@copecart.com, please include your order ID and your invoice number. We will take care of your request immediately and get back to you by e-mail as soon as possible.
