The security of your account and your transactions is our top priority at CopeCart. To ensure this, it's important that your data is always up to date - whether it's personal information, company details or bank details.
Simple and secure: your annual KYC renewal
Once a year, your KYC verification is updated by the system to ensure that all the information stored is up to date. You will receive an email in good time with a friendly reminder. In the email, you can easily check whether the documents you have stored are still correct. If no changes are necessary, simply confirm them - you can update them at any time if necessary.
You also have the option of checking and updating your documents after making changes to your personal data or company information. This keeps your account up to date, secure and ready for smooth transactions!

Personal information:
Check that your personal details are up to date. This includes your name, email and address. If you have moved or other personal details have changed, update this information.
Company information:
If you are registered as a company, it is important to ensure that all company details are correct. This includes the company name, legal form, address of the registered office and authorized representatives. Changes in management or company structure should also be indicated.
Account information:
Check your bank details to make sure they are correct. This information is crucial so that payouts can be processed without any problems. If you have changed your bank account, please update the new account details.
Documents:
Make sure that all uploaded documents are still valid. This applies in particular to ID documents, business licenses and other legally relevant documents. Documents that have expired or are out of date should be replaced with current versions.
How do you update your information?
Open the CopeCart app or go to your dashboard.
Click on “Verify account”.
Check your information in the relevant sections and update it if necessary.
Upload new documents if necessary.
Save your entries - that's it!
After saving your data, our experts will check it. This usually takes around 48 hours (on working days). You will then receive a confirmation email as soon as the verification is complete.

What happens if you don't update your data?
Even if you do not renew your KYC validation, you can still sell. However, please note that payouts are only possible after successful verification. It is therefore in your interest to keep your data as up-to-date as possible.
