How is your tier level calculated?
Every month, we calculate a risk score for your account based on the previous 3 months. This score is composed as follows:
Risk Factor | Weighting | Calculation |
Chargeback Rate | 40% | Direct percentage value (e.g., 3% = 3) |
Legal Cases per Month | 50% | 1 case = 10 points (max. 10 cases/month) |
Refund Rate | 10% | Direct percentage value (e.g., 5% = 5) |
Risk Score = (Chargeback Rate × 0.4) + (Legal Cases × 10 × 0.5) + (Refund Rate × 0.1)
