1. Create a CopeTicket product
Log in to your CopeCart account and navigate to the product tab.
Click on Create new product.
Select the CopeTicket product type.
Fill in the required details for your ticket, such as price and availability.
Important:
If you offer different ticket categories such as VIP, Standard or Platinum, please create a separate product for each ticket category.
2. Assign ticket categories to an event
Once you have created the desired ticket categories, you can assign them to an event with just a few clicks:
Go to https://copeticket.com/ and log in with your CopeCart access data.
Create a new event and add the desired ticket categories.
Determine which tickets should be available for your event and adjust individual details, such as ticket limits or prices for early bookers.

3. Automatic ticket email for customers
After successfully purchasing a ticket, your customer will automatically receive an email containing all relevant information:
Event name: The name of your event, e.g. “Event Cologne”.
Purchaser details: The name of the person who purchased the ticket.
Ticket as QR code: This QR code serves as a digital admission ticket and can be scanned directly with the CopeTicket app.
Note for your customers:
In the email, the customer is asked to bring the email as confirmation, as it serves both as proof of purchase and as a ticket. The QR code can be scanned directly at the entrance to your event to grant admission - quickly, easily and without any paperwork.
4. Ticket scanning with the CopeTicket app
You don't need any additional hardware for ticket control! With the CopeTicket app, your team members can easily scan tickets on site.
Assign specific authorizations to your scanners by assigning them as scanners in the event configuration.
The app enables fast and reliable check-in for all attendees.

5. Add and manage scanners
Managing your scanners in CopeTicket is simple and efficient. How to add scanners for your event:
Go to your dashboard and click on the “Team” section.
Select the “Add Scanner” option.
Enter the email address and name of the person to be used as a scanner.
Select the event for which this scanner will be responsible.
Optional: Activate the “Permanent” setting to automatically schedule this scanner for all future events.
Once completed, the scanner will receive an invitation email containing all the necessary information to log in and scan the tickets with the CopeTicket app:
