CopeTicket makes setting up and managing your events a breeze. Follow these simple steps to utilize the full potential of CopeTicket:
Create ticket categories: Start by creating each ticket category as a product in CopeCart. Whether VIP, Standard or Exhibitor - you have full flexibility.
Switch to CopeTicket: Switch to CopeTicket, which you can easily find in the menu under CopeMember.
Create event: Create your event in CopeTicket. Enter all the relevant information so that your attendees know exactly what to expect.
Link products: Link the ticket categories previously created in CopeCart to your event in CopeTicket. This ensures that every ticket sale is correctly assigned.
Configure email and QR codes: Determine the email content and banners that will be sent along with the ticket. The QR code is automatically sent as an attachment to the email.
Use dashboard: Always keep an overview with the live dashboard. See all sales, the number of tickets sold and more at a glance.
Manage tickets: Download tickets individually if required and send them manually - if there are individual requirements.
Set scanner: Determine who is allowed to scan the tickets on site. These people will receive an email with the app download link and their access data.
Use scanner app: The scanners download the app, log in and can scan the QR codes of the participants on site. They immediately see the name, ticket category and payment status (valid, invalid, warning).
