As a vendor, it is very important to be always informed about the activities in your CopeCart Dashboard. For this reason, we offer you the possibility to be notified about various events via email. By leaving your email address, you can ensure that you are always kept up to date. You will be informed about important events in a timely manner and will not miss any significant developments. This handy feature allows you to effectively monitor your business and respond in a timely manner.

This is how you can configure the settings for your notifications

  • First, log in to your CopeCart account. Your personal dashboard will then open and you can select various tabs on the top and left-hand side. Click on the "Products" tab.

  • You can then select the product for which you want to set the notifications. Please note that the notifications must be set up individually for each product.

  • Click on the "Notifications" field in the product.

  • Here you can select the events for which you would like to be notified. Enter your email address in the corresponding field. Of course, you can also do this for all events.

  • Then click on the green save button at the top right. Done!

Important: Notification of the sale of a product will only be sent once payment for the product has been received. When purchasing on account or by direct debit, this may take a little longer due to the bank's processing time.
