It may occasionally happen that an affiliate promotes a product and yet does not receive a commission for it.
There are several reasons that can lead to this result:
Vendor has terminated the partnership without informing the affiliate about it.
Wrong affiliate commission rate was deposited during the phone sale.
Affiliate request was rejected.
The product has been deleted/deactivated.
What should be done?
If an incorrect commission rate has been entered, the vendor must contact us so that we can process the commission.
Note: The commission rate can only be updated within the first 24 hours after a successful transaction.
If the partnership for a product is inactive, the vendor must activate the partnership in their product overview.
