Have you purchased a subscription via CopeCart and would like to cancel it? You can do this yourself directly on the CopeCart website.
Please scroll to the bottom of the CopeCart landing page or click directly on the following link: Link to cancel your subscription
A new window will open. Please enter the e-mail address you used to order the subscription and the order ID/order number.
Then click on "Cancel subscription".
You will find your order ID/order number on your invoice, which was sent to you by CopeCart by e-mail.
You will be redirected to the order details. Please check whether this is the subscription you wish to cancel. Then click on "Cancel subscription".
Please note that the subscription remains active until the end of the current period.
Confirm the cancellation: A pop-up window will open and you will be asked to confirm the termination. Confirm the cancellation by following the instructions provided. The cancellation date of your subscription will also be displayed here. Click on "Cancel subscription".
You will now receive an e-mail. Please confirm the cancellation of your subscription in the e-mail by clicking on "Cancel subscription". Only then will your cancellation be complete.
Important: For your cancellation to become valid, it is essential that you click on the link contained in the e-mail and confirm the cancellation.
Only with this confirmation will your termination request be fully processed.
