Important updates about your account, products and transactions are clearly categorized so you always know what needs your attention.
In this article, you'll find out what types of notifications there are, how long they are saved for and how you can customize them to suit your needs.
Two Types of Notifications
From now on, notifications are categorized into Important and General notifications. This way, you’ll always know what needs your immediate attention and what you can handle later at your convenience.
🚨 Important Notifications:
These notifications require immediate action and keep you updated about critical tasks in your account. Examples include:
Pending KYC Verification – You need to complete this to start receiving payouts.
Missing Payment Information – Necessary details for payouts are incomplete.
Overdraft – Your account balance has dropped below the set credit limit.
Good to know: Important notifications will remain visible until the required action has been completed (e.g., successful KYC verification).
📩 General Notifications:
These notifications provide updates about your products, transactions, orders, and requests. Examples include:
Product approvals or denials
Refunds
Subscription cancellations
Requests from affiliates or team members
Auto-deletion:
Read notifications: Automatically deleted after 30 days.
Unread notifications: Automatically deleted after 90 days.
🎯 Tailor Your Notifications
You can customize which notifications you want to see. Use filters to focus on the categories most important to you.
Products: Updates on product approvals or denials.
Transactions: Information on payments, refunds, and missing payments.
Management: Requests and changes in your team setup.
🔧 Tip: Simply click the bell icon in the sidebar to access your notifications anytime. A red dot will appear if new notifications are waiting for you.
